Remove hasher int check

Make compatible with kohana-doctrine2 1.0

• Support kohana-doctrine 1.0 (no changes required apart from adding ingen private package repo for dependency availability and tweaking tests for ingenerator/kohana-core)
• Drop php5 support / testing

Drop old php, remove password_compat, compatible with new doctrine wrapper
