WIP

  • overhaul implementation of system actions
  • change native asset to USD
  • update evm handling
  • update system constants
  • remove some dead codepaths
  • update sys logs (requires docs.signet.sh changes)
  • modify signet system constants structs and values
  • remove pecorino?
  • account for decimals
  • USDT is also USD
