Fix sticky-header rendering: (1) seam above the top-level pinned bar (it now covers the file-explorer's padding strip), (2) seam between the first and second stacked bars, and (3) pinned bar going transparent on hover (text bleeding through). Stack lifts together via a shared offset and re-asserts an opaque background on hover/active.
