Reordering of pinned apps and folders

Hi, could you please add reordering of pinned apps and folders.

Indeed , also the ordering should be persisted even for closed apps. For example you need to have Mail and calendar always bottom left, independant of if they are open or not.

feature is implemented, i am testing it locally right now. rollout will follow soon

2.1 is rolled out, it allowes reordering inside the settings.
please update the app in the settings and try if the fix works for you @thahgr @remokeitel
