Initial Conditions Generation

This section contains the scripts used to generate initial condition files (e.g. RST.$DATE-00:00:00.$VAR.nc).

Available scripts

  • create_2basins_restarts.py: This script generates initial conditions for specific variables. In the branch 5-new-bc-nudging-on-r3l-cdom, it is also used to generate nudging input NetCDF files for CDOM, which can be assimilated by the OGSTM-BFM model.
