AWS EC2 instance for runnng Omnibus #393

Description

@buddhisthead

What

As a developer of the Acropolis OMNIBUS, I want to have a server on which I can run and debug a large memory footprint application.

Why

It's painful and inefficient to run OMINIBUS on my personal computer while it replays blocks from genesis. It takes up all of my computer power and runs for 4 hours, which means I can't do other concurrent work while the node boots up.

Details

I need an EC2 instance that I can log into, which has access to our Acropolis github repo. It as 128Gb memory and 32 cpus. Or perhaps it's better to say which level of service we need here. @shd and @jon5000 you guys can sort this part out, please.

(@shd I can run node on 40 GB memory, 8(16) CPUs notebook -- but it does not feel well in this environment. So, twice as that at the moment as a requirement)
