Prototype integration with consensus

To mitigate the risk of big architectural changes at the end of the prototype development cycle we should understand what do we need to have in place in order to integrate it with the network and consensus layers.

We should develop a simple prototype, which integrates a very trivial STS, just to:

• understand what is required for integration
• create additional issues depending on the item above
