This PR includes the wasm library part of the fourth phase of the cardano database v2 stabilization
MithrilClientMithrilClient::get_cardano_database_snapshotandMithrilClient::list_cardano_database_snapshotsas deprecatedMithrilClient::get_snapshotandMithrilClient::list_snapshotsmethods: they were aliases to methods deprecated in this PR, plus deprecated since a long time, keeping them would only bring confusionImportant
