Steam Deck setup instructions improvement

Steam deck owner here, i'm troubleshooting linux problems on the pakka, and i noticed that the steam deck help guide is... rather difficult without a real keyboard. rather than use nano (which as far as i know requires ctrl + s to save and ctrl + x to quit), i'd recommend doing
sudo touch /etc/udev/rules.d/99-alpakka.rules

followed by
kate /etc/udev/rules.d/99-alpakka.rules

and upon copying the udev rules and trying to save, kate will ask for superuser password permission.
maybe it's my fault that i couldn't figure out how to save in nano on the deck, but this might be more intuitive for steam deck users without a keyboard handy

Hi! I had a similar issue to this, and I figured out the udev rules. Maybe having this on the help page to copy and paste will be a good idea!
