With the latest release I cannot install any macOS version from an IPSW file anymore. I do not know whether installations from downloads would work, as my connection is to spotty and unreliable (already tried twice).
Reverting back to version 2.1 directly solves the issue (using the exact same IPSWs). After the install working with 2.2 works fine.
