@copilot review this PR

Just testing if copilot activates for users too. It doesn't seem to be triggered by that comment. I am not sure then how I can check that what this PR says works as intended.

@llrs-roche looks like your account does not have access to copilot coding agent. This is a paid feature. We are still figuring out how company can compensate this license, but for now it will work only for the people with a paid license. Each GitHub Copilot Coding Agent job triggers uses one paid request. There is a limit on paid 300 requests per month on an account with a license that costs $10.

The cost of a single request is $0.03 but you need to pre-pay for it anyway with $10 per month. Maybe there is a way to use one team-wise account to share as I don't think one person will use 300 jobs during one month.

For now, we are testing it and it works only for users with paid licenses. If we are able to make things work with such PRs, when maybe we can motivate the need for funds on our licenses.

@llrs-roche to check this PR you can have a look at this job

https://github.com/copilot/tasks/pull/PR_kwDOQmGuuM64HGAr

where copilot runs R commands.

The only purpose of this job is to install R in copilot environment. We all know copilot works. No need to double check that. This time we check if it can use R, if R is installed.

Might be due to licencsing. For now you need to rely on the proof provided by users with the license. I hope in the future, this feature will become compensated or free in limited form and everybody can use it.
