[Bug]: single screen and no split mode visual bugs

What happened?

1. Smart Folder logos are missing, regardless of setting for “show title in no split mode” when in single row view
2. Game logos appear overlapping the cover art and very small in the centre of the screen when in single row view
3. When using the game / folder hero images as the background in single screen mode, having the visible dock background, and glass enabled, will make the dock background refract the main wallpaper as a static image, rather than dynamically refracting the current background image

Steps to reproduce

Issue 1:

1. Go to settings > personalisation > grid > Enable one row labels
2. Set a logo on a Smart Folder
3. Hover over Smart Folder

Issue 2:

1. Go to settings > personalisation > grid > Enable one row labels
2. Set a logo on a Game
3. Hover over Game

Issue 3:

1. Go to settings > personalisation > dock style > disable hide dock background
2. Go to settings > personalisation > Hero settings
3. Enable both: Always use no split mode & Hero Wallpaper
4. Go to Home
5. Hover over any folder or game with a hero set
