[Bug]: Emulator apps appearing in Android Games smart folder

What happened?

What happened: I opened the Android Games smart folder and saw emulators

What I expected: Based on keeping emulator apps out of Android Games in the 3.05 changelog, I expected to only see my installed Android games

Steps to reproduce

1. Have some games and apps installed
2. Create an Android Games smart folder
3. Open the folder

How often does it happen?

Every time

Additional context

I've double-checked that the apps have "treat as game" unchecked. I have created a dedicated Emulators smart folder and confirmed that only emulator apps appear within. I've also made sure to restart my device.

When "treat as game" is enabled for one of my games, the platform selection includes "Android (None)" but not "Android Games" and/or "Android Apps", which may be part of the issue.
