[Feature]: Ability to request updates to asset packs within Silk

What problem would this solve?

I currently use the Simple Banners assets by GiuPhoenix for my platform smart folders; however, this asset pack does not have banners for every platform that I use. I am fine with the idea that it just isn't included in the asset pack, however, since packs can be updated, I'd like to at least let the author know.

What would you like Cocoon to do?

It would be useful if within the Silk Pod I could send a simple update request. I'd like to prevent this being used for leaving toxic comments to asset creators, so I would like to keep it simple if possible; something like a drop-down that simply says "missing platforms", "fix broken asset", etc. maybe with a drop-down for affected platforms or asset types afterwards? I'm not 100% sure what a perfect system here would be, since asset creators would need details, but too much freedom in the request fields could provide an avenue for harassment. I do think creators should be able to opt-out (i.e. mark an asset pack as final with no plans to update).

What do you do today?

Nothing; I just don't have matching assets for the unsupported platforms
