[Bug]: Retroachievement avatar doesn't update

What happened?

I created a new RetroAchievements account and connected it to Cocoon. After reaching the required level on RetroAchievements, I set a custom profile avatar.

The avatar is displayed correctly on the RetroAchievements website, but Cocoon still shows the default icon and does not refresh it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create and connect a RetroAchievements account to Cocoon.
2. Reach the required level on RetroAchievements to set a custom avatar.
3. Set a new profile avatar on the RetroAchievements website.
4. Open or restart Cocoon.
5. Check the RetroAchievements profile/integration.
6. Observe that the avatar in Cocoon has not updated.

How often does it happen?

Every time. The new avatar has never appeared in Cocoon, even after restarting the app.

Additional context

The RetroAchievements account itself appears to be connected correctly, and the new avatar is already visible on the RetroAchievements website. Only the avatar shown in Cocoon does not update.
