[Bug]: Classic version of NetherSX-Turnip emulator not listed by Cocoon in emulator drop down list

What happened?

Under "Library & Data", for PS2 games, the Classic version of NetherSX-Turnip emulator cannot be selected as default emulator. only the Patch version for NetherSX-Turnip that can be selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Check Library & Date.
2. Scroll to Sony PlayStation 2, select.
3. NetherSX-Classic-Turnip not listed as a default emulator that can be selected.

How often does it happen?

Emulator will not be listed until this is fixed.
