[Bug]: Pressing Home on Ayn Thor doesn't exit bottom app anymore

What happened?

What happened: I press the Home button and only the top app exited to Cocoon
What I expected: I press the Home button and both apps exit to Cocoon

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any emulator and play a game
2. Press the Home button
3. Watch only the top app exit

How often does it happen?

Always happens

Additional context

This used to exit both top and bottom screen apps, now just the top.
This also coincides with a bug where you can't get out of the bottom app.

Did you install mjolnir? Mjolnir lets you customize the home button, and it's possible to axidentally set it so that only the top screen goes to home (and would not be cocoons fault).

That said, i noticed a bugged interaction between mjolnir and cocoon where (sometimes, and only sometimes, at random) making both screens go home, will cause one to go home, then the other, but cocoon will (i guess?) see the focus change, see only one screen has cocoon, and open it on the other (even though it was just tabbed out) before mjolnir has the chance to tab out cocoon the other screen. This results in only 1 cocoon going home, while the other goes home then back to cocoon.

This is at least 50% the fault of mjolnir for doing this, however i could imagine this same problematic interaction happening with other duel screen controlling apps, so it should probably still be fixed on cocoons end (even if not all of it is cocoons fault). (as even if mjolnir fixes it on their end, other apps may make the same mistake and still trigger this problem)
