[Bug]: Logs Pod keeps tracking uninstalled apps

What happened?

I had 2 Ship 2 Harkinian by Waterdish installed. Played it a couple times, decided to switch to Linkzenic's 2 Ship 2 Harkinian. Cocoon Pods tracked both play sessions but I couldnt remove the old stale logs directly from Logs Pod.

Steps to reproduce

1. Uninstall app
2. Check to see if logs still show up
3. Try to remove stale logs

How often does it happen?

Happens with apps with the same names but different versions

Additional context

I had to reinstall the waterdish version, add app to home, edit app, edit metadata and manually remove the logs.

Would be a nice feature to be able to manually add or delete logs directly from the logs pod
