Update code editor themes

We had some code editor + terminal themes that were dark, and some that were light. I updated them all to be based on Rose Pine Dawn.

I also updated the "Relational at the Core" content: Made the "fake users" the Instant team rather than Bob / Alice, changed the task names a bit, and removed the emojis.
