- Add CI workflow (cs-fixer, phpstan, phpunit on PHP 8.4 and 8.5)
- Add release-please workflow for automated semver tagging and changelog
- Add Docker workflow to publish xolegator/pinboard on every GitHub Release
- Seed release-please manifest at 2.0.0
- Add docs/contributing.md and docs/releasing.md covering the full PR workflow
- Update docs/testing.md with CI pipeline reference table
- Update AGENTS.md with Development Workflow section
