Summary

  • add patching scaffold and apply absolute capture timestamps through Rust FFI
  • surface timestamp plumbing in Python SDK with estimator helper and tests
  • wire CI to apply patches, fetch ffi, and run LiveKit integration harness

Testing

  • pytest livekit-rtc/tests/test_audio_frame_timestamp.py livekit-rtc/tests/test_latency_estimator.py
  • pytest livekit-rtc/tests/test_latency_livekit.py -m integration
