Doesn't show up at all

Hi,

I installed it on a Magento CE 1.7. It shows up in the extension overview (Configuration->System->Advanced) but neither in Conf->System->Catalog nor in the cart itself. Even switched to Cart back to base-templates. Yes, I cleared the cache and did logout and in again.

Any idea?
