**Description:** This PR fixes two issues in preparation of the upcoming LNL release. **Changes Made:** Improvements: - Language selection: Replace radio buttons with a picklist for better scalability with more language options - Move UI settings configuration to settings.json: Remove user choice, settings are now predefined and loaded at startup **Testing Done:** The changes have been tested on an Intel® Arc™ A750 system. **Checklist:** - [x] I have tested the changes locally. - [x] I have self-reviewed the code changes. - [ ] I have updated the documentation, if necessary.
