Support FW Download/Activate (Commit)

Funny idea for how to do this:

• FW Download will just for invalid offsets, etc.
• FW Commit will check to make sure that the FW binary starts with the ASCII "cNVMe". Though not validated, the final 8 bytes of the FW binary will be the new Firwmare String reported in Identify Controller.

Code has been written in the feature/27 branch. Though I'm going to block this until #33 is done since I'd like to have tests for these since they can be a bit confusing at times.
