Thanks @ware ! Gonna let the tests run to see if anything was relying on it, but I should have this merged shortly and I can fix the tests after. |

The reason to remove the 10.2.11-2 deb file is that is that it's an actual .deb file and isn't just a conglomeration of strings like everything else in the condensed-downloads directory.
