Describe the bug
urEnqueueGraph conformance tests are failing on Intel R Data Center GPU Max 1100 with Segmentation fault from GPU at 0x80d5ffa50000, ctx_id: 1 (CCS) type: 1 (WriteAccessViolation), level: 0 (PTE), access: 1 (Write), banned: 1, aborting. message: https://github.com/intel/llvm/actions/runs/20102360374/job/57678054218?pr=20860#step:13:105.
gkdse-pre-dnp-05 platform hosting the CI runner probably needs a newer L0 driver.
The same tests pass locally on Intel(R) Arc(TM) B580 Graphics 20.1.0.
