This job will always fail in sycl-mlir, as the job creating the CUDA artifact it expects is not executed there. Also, sycl-mlir only supports spir64 for now.

Revert commit 4e737e2 as dropping the

I don't think this will work - the workflow_run jobs are taken from the default branch, not the current one. We can still merge it, if you'd like...

Let's merge it and see if it makes any differences.
