Spec has now UR_DEVICE_PARTITION_BY_CSLICE, so remove UR_EXT_DEVICE_PARTITION_PROPERTY_FLAG_BY_CSLICE. Signed-off-by: Jaime Arteaga <jaime.a.arteaga.molina@intel.com>
