@jatinwadhwa921 plz resolve the conflicts. Also the ov delegate is implemented from OV 2026.0, I think you should add support for it too in the same PR.

Delegate changes will be part of OV26.0 and should not be a part of this PR. @jatinwadhwa921 , @ankitm3k .. Are there any new ops that OV added that we should be adding support for in EP? |

These changes look good. Only open question on additional operator coverage.
