Commit "9e5b654 Use delegating constructors to avoid duplication" broke rapl cdev. This removed default initializer for contol_path. This should be set to "/sys/devices/virtual/powercap/intel-rapl/intel-rapl:0/". Signed-off-by: Srinivas Pandruvada <srinivas.pandruvada@linux.intel.com>
