This is a first-time pass, which I did in part to help familiarize myself with the process and the doc set.
With Rome's help, I edited the dactyl_config.yml file to remove a reference to a spec, deprecated in August, that was breaking the dactyl build.
I edited the sidebar navigation template for minor fixes.
I went through all of the Markdown files and made minor fixes or, in a few cases, arbitrary style choices.
I stayed away from global organizational or usage changes for this first pass.
In the future, I will likely do these types of edits as a branch, rather than using master from a fork.
