For mobile view the buttons could use a drop shadow or some indicator that they are clickable since the background changes to white

A note to make sure we update our README and blog writing guide with the set of tags available to be used so we don't have people adding tags all the time.

Let's also have a discussion about what tags we use.
I personally don't like

• Interledger -> We are Interledger, everything is Interledger. Let';s narrow this to Interledger protocol rather.
• Concepts -> I think I'd rather specify the tag of the concept, like just leave the link to ILP, OP, WM or Rafiki or whatever.
• Technical -> By far most articles here should be technical so I don't think the tag is worth it since it is not doing enough filtering to justify its existence

I suggest we add

• releases or updates to indicate new things happening in the space, adding a PHP SDK, or Rafiki Beta release, or adding telemetry would all fall under that category.

We need a review of when the Interledger Protocol tags are being added. I think we should remove them from a bunch of these articles.
