comp_with_valid_licenses in score 0/10 but with list --missing no finding

When I put score data.sbom.cdx.json I get the following result

When I enter list data.sbom.cdx.json --feature comp_with_valid_licenses --missing

I get "No components found"

Could you please explain to me the difference between list and score regarding this feature ?

List command basically lists all those components containing the field with the corresponding values. https://github.com/interlynk-io/sbomqs/blob/main/docs/commands/list.md. Whereas adding -missing to show all the list of components which has missing values. In this case, show all the components which have invalid licenses.

Score command overall checks how many components have the corresponding fields values out of total components, and score it on the basis of that. Here, in your case, it looks for valid license, if so, then add it into score list, and then calculate the score.

Can you provide SBOM file.

the sbom was created by the cyclonedx maven plugin.

According to the fact that the sbom is more that 12000 lines long , I posted only one component. What must be chaged in order to satisfy the comp_with_valid_licenses score category ?

Yeah, I got. So, basically by default, comp_with_valid_licenses looks for concluded licenses. Whereas, the provided SBOM component has normal license which is a declared license, that's why score for comp_with_declared_licenses is full. If you add a field acknowledge as concluded , then it will catch it.
