[bug] Batch result (UI) asks for auth when changing language

On https://batch.internet.nl/site/dewoldenhoogeveen.nl/9743350/ when I click on Nederlands, I get an http auth popup. If I cancel that, I get a 401. If I enter the Batch API credentials, it 'works', buuut that can't be required.

If I go to https://nl.batch.internet.nl/site/dewoldenhoogeveen.nl/9743350/ or https://en.batch.internet.nl/site/dewoldenhoogeveen.nl/9743350/ the language works fine. It's only the change language form.

Slightly related, but /change_language/ should be included in the always allow.

Almost feels like all the change language URLs and actions should be tested since the amount of 🐛 bugs.
Question still is how to handle other links on the report page (FAQ/contact/etc.).
