Filter search field does not return existing diagnosis #470
Description
In the filters, the search field is not working as expected. For example, when entering "z86", no results are returned, even though this diagnosis exists in the system.
Please see the attached screenshot. The example is shown on a different widget, but the issue is the same everywhere. This widget was simply used as it was easier to demonstrate the problem visually.
