Some users have had some confusion regarding this test scenario recently. This PR attempts to clarify its documentation to better describe what is happening, expectations, and results.
Also, previously the "Rejected planning" check would only be performed when we know it will fail, resulting in a "not tested" status for that check even for participants who did not reject the planning attempt. This PR also fixes that problem so that the check is considered when planning is completed successfully.
