Feedback wanted: self-hosted AI dashboard builder setup

I would like feedback on the self-hosted AI dashboard builder workflow.

The intended path is:

docker compose up
connect SQL-backed data
ask a business question
inspect the generated answer/evidence
save the answer as a live dashboard component

IntraQ currently includes:

• AI Analyzer
• Dashboard Builder
• SQL models
• data-source management
• MCP tools
• seeded sample sales data
• local AI provider configuration

Questions:

• What would make the Docker setup easier to trust?
• What screenshots, GIFs, or docs would you expect before trying it?
• Should the first setup path optimize for internal BI users, developers, or embedded analytics teams?
• What dashboard builder features are table stakes for you?

Feedback from self-hosted, internal tools, BI, and data engineering users would be useful.
