Due to a fix to correct behavior in icsneoTxMessages() @ VSPY3 Version 3.8.2.26 having ics.SpyMessage.ExtraDataPtrEnabled with Ethernet causes programs to crash.

When using ics.SPY_PROTOCOL_ETHERNET ics.SpyMessage.ExtraDataPtrEnabled needs to be 0.
