Adds option for default table filters to be applied to a given table view.
This sets the "initial" filterset, without overriding user selected filtering. For a "new" setup, these filters are applied. Once cleared, they remain cleared (as per the user request).
This is useful to by default hide inactive items, completed orders, etc.
