chore(functions): apply clang-format to iOS source files

- Reorder imports with proper spacing (quoted before angle bracket)
- Format method calls with proper alignment
- Fix completion handler indentation
- Fix if statement formatting (return on same line)
- Remove inconsistent whitespace
