What should this feature add?

With the release of the beta drivers and ROCM 6.1.3 software WSL has potentially become a viable option for supported AMD GPUs on the platform. I have tested W11 and WSL 2 with the beta drivers and the hardware is being presented at OS and Torch level, with rocminfo and get_device_name respectively.

Is it possible to get InvokeAI to install into WSL and determine if it this a possible route for support under Windows?

It might help to update the title; there is existing support for Nvidia GPUs + WSL, so presumably, you're looking for support for AMD GPUs + WSL.
