[bug]: On Win11 - download from an ZIT file over the inbuilt "Start Modells" downloader Fail #8769

What happened
As in the Titel ...
If i try to download ZIT Starter Modell (as example the big one ca.30GB) the DL start end go to 4,5 to 6,5 GB and then stop and never doing anything then (waitet hours ..)
What you expected to happen
To download with no problems .... have dl all the modells (SD1,SDXL,FLUX) this way ....
