This PR aims to update all docs for the package.
Important Changes:

Please review the documentation. If the workflow run fails, then we might need to add
sphinx-rtd-themeto the environment as it has been removed as a dependency for sphinx>6.0.Tries to resolve #40 and addendum to #43.
