• Startup timing and window display
• The Registries screen loads its sources again instead of failing with an Error fetching data notification when engines are connected through the unified workspace.
• Data-fetch error notifications now name the failing resource and include the underlying error, instead of a bare Error fetching data.
• The app no longer flickers through a single-engine look (e.g. Docker) while engines finish connecting at startup — the theme stays settled until all configured engines report in.
