The text make it look like CocoaPods is not needed for Capacitor 8 and still needed in older version, the SPM option has been available since Capacitor 6, so a lot of users might be using SPM in Capacitor 6-7 and not needing CocoaPods.
The text should focus more on if the users are using SPM rather than on the Capacitor versions.

some minor comments
Following PR comments.
Since Capacitor 8 uses Swift Package Manager (SPM) as default, the environment setup for new Capacitor 8 no longer needs Homebrew or Capacitor as must-have requirements - they are now optional.
For setups to use existing older apps that have not been migrated to SPM, or if some plugins don't support SPM yet, then CocoaPods may still be necessary.
