virtualRepeat directive cleanup

I didn't add a test for since I didn't find the virtualList directive it requires. So I guess it isn't complete.

Ah yea, that shouldn't be in there, I'm working on virtual list support
which is actually in a separate branch. Maybe this should just be removed
for the time being.
