New

• 800NK Advanced support — the touchscreen dash now works: correct fit, tap, drag and pinch.
• Dash view — open the live dash on your phone and use the phone as its touchscreen.
  Handy for setting a destination while stopped, and it's the only direct way to drive
  Android Auto on a non-touch dash.
• Customise buttons — remap every handlebar gesture. The list now names the buttons
  on your bike and hides what your dash can't send.
• Screen margins — keep Android Auto clear of an edge. On an 800NK Adavanced a top margin
  clears MotoPlay's pull-down arrow so it stops stealing your swipes.
• Update check — tells you when there's a new release, with its notes.
• Report a problem — fills in your bike and setup, attaches the log.
• Day/night — dark map on the dash after sunset, from your location.
• Picture quality — turn it down if your music stutters while riding.
• Remembers your dash — measures the screen on the first connect and fits
  Android Auto to it exactly from then on.

Fixed

• 800NK Advanced touch landed in the wrong place. Coordinates now map into the area
  Android Auto actually draws in, instead of the full video.
• Phantom touches. The 800NK Advanced digitizer reports one finger as two; the extras are
  now filtered out.
• Drags turning into taps. The same digitizer drops a finger mid-swipe and picks it
  back up milliseconds later, which ended the gesture — so a map pan arrived as a
  string of taps and Google Maps opened whatever they landed on. The finger is now
  tracked through the dropout.
• Play/pause could run away on touch dashes, firing hundreds of times a second.
• 450SR ▲/▼ hold (next/previous) is mappable again — it works, and had been hidden.
• Logs no longer contain your Wi-Fi password or your bike's serial number.
• Various connection and battery fixes: auto-off when the bike goes away, rejoin after
  an ignition cycle, and the encoder idles when the dash isn't looking.

Known

• Android Auto's audio still comes out of the phone over Bluetooth, not through the bike.
• 5 GHz is strongly recommended. On 2.4 GHz the Wi-Fi video and Bluetooth audio fight
  each other and music stutters at speed.

OpenCFLink is about 7% of what the whole setup draws — less than the music
player, despite decoding Android Auto's video, re-encoding it for the dash and
running the Wi-Fi link. The encoder throttles itself when the dash isn't asking
for frames, which is where most of the saving comes from.

what was added and works on my setup

• Android Auto on the bike's screen — Maps, Waze, Spotify, etc
• fills the whole dash, smooth, nothing cropped, no flickering, stable 24fps
• set up once — scan the QR the dash shows, and that's the last time you'll see the scanner, from now it auto-connects
• survives an ignition cycle — stop for fuel, switch the bike off and on, it re-joins by itself
• the handlebar buttons control it — ▲▼ scroll through menus, enter selects, ▼▼ = back,
  ▲▲ = home. Every one of them can be remapped, including to "navigate to a saved address"
• voice works — ask the Assistant for directions through your helmet mic, without stopping (Cardo microphone tested)
• type a destination in the app and the route appears on the dash
• sound works as usual — music and nav voice reach your helmet the way they always did

v0.1.2.1 — prerelease

The app is now called OpenCFLink (was OpenCfMoto). Android treats it as a
completely new app, so:

1. Uninstall the old OpenCfMoto
2. Install this one
3. Scan the bike's QR code once

Your saved bike, button mappings and settings won't carry over. Sorry — that's
unavoidable when an app changes name.

New

• 800NK support. The picture now fits that dash exactly instead of being
  stretched or having the sides chopped off. Touch, pinch and zoom work.
• Customise your handlebar buttons. Settings → Customize buttons. Pick what
  each press and double-tap does: knob, back, home, select, voice, or navigate
  to a saved address. Reset to defaults whenever you want.
• Picture quality setting. Turn the picture down to give your music room —
  see below.
• New app icon.

Fixed

• The app never switched itself off. It was supposed to give up about 2
  minutes after you turn the bike off. It never did — it just kept running and
  draining your battery until you noticed. Now it actually stops.
• Music stuttering when you ride. The dash talks over Wi-Fi and your helmet
  over Bluetooth, and they share the same airwaves. A moving map crowds out the
  music, so the faster you went the worse it got — fine parked, rough at 60,
  unusable at 100. It now sends far less data, and you can turn the picture down
  in Settings if you still hear it.
• Music pausing on its own after you'd already pressed Stop.
• Volume buttons doing nothing on the 800NK.
• A stray "back" press on the dash every time the bike disconnected.

CFDL16 - cfmoto 450sr

• fixes for wifi-direct, added profile for 2025 CFMOTO 450SR (model id 66660742) - CFDL16 display (landscape orientation) - tested on sdkVersion 0.9.23.4
• added logs for HID (buttons) input (for future buttons linking to android auto - doesn't seem to work on 450SR)
• phone emits a handshake so the headunit doesn't disconnect and reconnect after ~7 seconds
