Core Basestation

UV support

UV is now supported as an installation method python and python libraries used by the basestation. UV also now can be used to run basestation code for post processing. See the Readme for details.

Plot thumbnail size

The size of the static images generated by plots (webp format) is now thumbnail is size (185x185). If you need larger static images generated, the --no_thumbnail_webp option will restore the previous save size of 1058x894.
