*Core Basestation

** Parquet files by default
Generation of parquet files from per-dive netCDF is now the default. KML and section plots use these parquet files by default. Mission time series netCDF file is not generated by default.

** Turn controller support
Gliders with Turn Controller firmware now have those roll moves included in motor plots and GC overlays in plots

** Hook scripts
Hook scripts now have timeouts associated with them. Additionally, all scripts now get the basestation directory and mission directory supplied as the first two arguments.

** New tcm2mat.cal file support
Redressing a long oversight, the most current tcm2mat.cal name/value pair format is now supported.

** New instruments
Added Suna and MicroriderG as supported instruments

  • Basestation Plotting

** Science plot improvements
All science plots now have traces to show the requested sampling interval and actual sample frequency. Sensor timeouts are now plotted as an overlay on the science output.

** Generic Science plotting
Added user configurable science plots - see divescience.yml in the sg000 directory for further details

** Plotting help pages
Plots are now getting a Help for this plot link that leads to a help page for the plot. CTD, Legato and TS plots currently supported.
