`errors="strict"` is the default for other codecs, it should be the default for trytes as well.
- Made code more DRY. - Renamed incorrect references to "block" (s/b "fragment"). - Documented PyCurl constants. - `AddressGenerator.DIGEST_ITERATIONS` can be > 3.
`SignatureFragmentGenerator` now operates like an iterator rather than a coroutine, to match how signature validation works.
Renamed ambiguous/confusing symbols, fixed incorrect/unclear documentation.
